2. Product description

"Siempre Contigo" ("Always With You") is a personalized children's book in which the parent or legal guardian writes their most cherished memories for their child. Each book is unique and individually crafted from the data provided. The book is delivered as a physical product (printed and bound).

3. Pricing

Personalized book price: €39.90 (VAT included). Standard book price: €19.90 (VAT included). Shipping (mainland Spain and Canary Islands): €7.99. For international shipping, please contact us by email. All prices are displayed in euros (EUR).

4. Purchase process

The customer selects the book variant (boy/girl), fills in the personalization fields, provides their email address, and is redirected to Stripe's secure payment gateway to complete payment by card.

5. Order confirmation

Once payment is completed, the order is confirmed. The customer will receive communications about the order status at the email address provided.

6. Delivery times

Estimated delivery times will be communicated during checkout or by email after order confirmation.

7. Right of withdrawal — Exemption

In accordance with Article 103.c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (transposing Art. 16.c of Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of this product, as it is a personalized good made to the consumer's specifications.

By completing the purchase, you acknowledge that the book is individually crafted using the data provided and that, as a personalized product, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once the order is confirmed. This does not affect your rights in cases of defective products.

8. Legal guarantee

The book is covered by the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity (Art. 120 TRLGDCU). If the product received has manufacturing defects, printing errors, or does not match the personalization data provided, you have the right to repair, replacement, or refund. 9. Payment

Payment is processed through Stripe's secure payment gateway. We accept credit and debit cards. We never have access to your full card details; these are processed directly by Stripe in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

10. Liability

We commit to producing the book according to the personalization data provided and shipping the product under the agreed conditions. We are not liable for errors in personalization data provided by the customer or delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

11. Online dispute resolution

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, without prejudice to any jurisdiction that may correspond to the consumer.
